Terms & Conditions

  • “PMW Massage Therapy” means the Business providing Soft Tissue Therapy services

  • “Client” means a person who has booked an appointment & completed a health consultation form

  • Health, Safety & Hygiene:

  • It is essential that clients complete the consent form honestly and accurately to the best of their knowledge so that the appropriate treatment can be prescribed

  • Clients are responsible for informing PMW Massage Therapy of any updates to their health, including changes in medication, symptoms, medical concerns, or ongoing or upcoming treatments.

  • Clients are kindly asked not to attend appointments if they are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of a cold, virus, infection, or general ill health. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Be aware that our Cancellation Policy may still apply, even in the case of illness.

  • PMW Massage Therapy will take all reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This includes pre-screening for symptoms and implementing enhanced hygiene measures. However, by attending a face-to-face appointment, clients acknowledge and accept that some risk of infection may still be present and provide informed consent to proceed.

  • GP clearance may be required before treatment. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, please discuss any health concerns with us before booking your appointment.

  • Treatments will only be provided if the therapist determines they are safe and appropriate. The therapist reserves the right to decline treatment if there is just and reasonable cause.

  • PMW Massage Therapy reserves the right to end any appointment at any time if continuing is deemed unsafe or not in the client’s best interest. Similarly, clients have the right to refuse, alter, or end the treatment at any time, even if prior consent was given.

Cancellation policy​

  • Appointment Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once both the client and PMW Massage Therapy have agreed on the date, time, duration, and location of the appointment.

  • Notice Period for Cancellations: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the full appointment fee, unless exceptional circumstances apply.

  • Missed Appointments ("No Shows"): Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full fee being charged. A payment link will be sent and must be settled within 24 hours. Future appointments cannot be booked until this payment is received.

  • Late Arrivals: If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, PMW Massage Therapy reserves the right to cancel the appointment. In such cases, the full appointment fee remains payable.

  • Shortened Sessions Due to Lateness: Clients who arrive late will receive treatment for the remaining scheduled time only. The session will end as originally planned, and the full fee will still apply.

  • Therapist Cancellations: In the event that the therapist becomes unwell and needs to cancel, PMW Massage Therapy reserves the right to cancel the session at any time.

  • Refunds for Therapist Cancellations: If a client has prepaid for an appointment that is subsequently cancelled by PMW Massage Therapy, a full refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling by PMW Massage Therapy: Where possible, cancelled appointments will be rescheduled within three weeks of the original date.
