Clients may get a refund should they cancel before the 24-hour notice period before all appointments. Clients who cancel after the 24-hour notice period will be charged 100% of the cost of their appointment. They will not be able to book another appointment until they do so. 

Please do not come into the appointment if you are unwell, and reschedule
